Greg’s background spans 15+ years in retail and commercial property management in Auckland, Wellington and Hamilton, with his last role being the Asset Manager for Kiwi Property Group at Centre Place Shopping Centre, Hamilton.
Greg’s background as an Accountant gives him exceptional attention to detail but he far prefers a hands on role liaising with a multitude of stakeholders.
Greg is past Chairman of the Hamilton Central Business Association, and a member of the Waikato Property Council.
Greg has exceptional communicative ability with public speaking, addressing Boards, and remaining calm and rational in very stressful situations. Greg is well respected among the business community, and often asked for his opinion on various property and business related situations. Greg never looks for blame only a solution, is very approachable to everyone and is regarded as a leader within the business community.
