About Jim

has been involved in the property sector for the past 25 years, has extensive experience in project and property management, and as a member of the Property Institute of New Zealand. His broad management and commercial experience including major construction projects, and operating Resort complex and Management Rights business’s in Australia, provides him with a depth of experience valuable in reaching appropriate decisions on property related matters.

He has held many positions establishing new businesses, managing people and projects in a broad spectrum of situations throughout New Zealand. Jim enjoys facilitating successful outcomes by working collaboratively with clients, sellers and purchasers, groups, and team members, to create an environment which makes success even more rewarding. Being passionate to succeed Jim is dedicated to doing what it takes to make that happen.
