Nicky Allardice joined the NAI Harcourts team in 2019 and brings a fresh collaborative approach to real estate.
Prior to finding her passion for real estate, Nicky gained 15+ years’ experience in retail, distribution and operations management with two very successful companies. Her experience in these areas paired with her hands on knowledge of marketing and online sales, ensures her listings are promoted to effectively reach the target range of potential clients.
With her strong interpersonal skills, alongside her initiative and vibrant personality, Nicky easily builds a long-lasting rapport with clients and customers. Her ability to listen to, understand and interpret their needs and wants, ensures she provides the best possible advice.
Nicky is primarily focusing on the thriving Te Rapa West area and joins the successful Te Rapa Industrial Sales and Leasing team of Theo de Leeuw and Sean Stephens, which ensures NAI Harcourts has a comprehensive overview of the Te Rapa landscape.
