Mike has recently joined NAI Harcourts Holmwood Commercial team following a successful career in banking and property finance within the major banking sector.

Having headed up a major bank Property Finance team and, over the past three years, established a Corporate Banking presence in the South Island, Mike has a good understanding of the South Island economic fundamentals and drivers.

Using his considerable experience in property funding and structures Mike is looking to apply this as a point of difference for his clients, especially while interest rates remain conducive to borrowing and the acquisition of commercial property for business and investment.

With an experienced understanding of investment risks and returns he is keen to work with clients to assist them with any investment strategy and returns they may be striving to achieve.

Mike is looking forward to continue working with the many clients and professionals he has existing relationships with but also looking to meet new people to provide outstanding service and experience under the NAI Harcourts Holmwood brand.
