Dan specialises in Industrial sales and leasing in the wider North Shore area, going as far out as Silverdale and Hobsonville.
The post-Covid boom has led to a massive surge in demand for industrial land and industrial space. In response to the shortage of stock, Dan has carved out a niche by further specialising in selling industrial units off-the-plans. He’s enjoyed building long-term relationships with various landowners in the Hobsonville area and is excited about a full pipeline of upcoming development projects.
